General rental conditions – 2026
Any reservation at Camping La Chêneraie implies full acceptance of these general rental conditions and of the internal rules of the tourist complex.
- Any reservation implies acceptance of the internal rules of the tourist complex and the conditions set out below.
- Any reservation is nominative and may not under any circumstances be transferred or sublet. The unaccompanied minors are not accepted.
- The reservation becomes effective only after agreement of the Tourist Complex La Chêneraie and receipt of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the price a location or rental.

The tourist complex cannot be held responsible for:
- climatic hazards (rain, high or low temperatures),
- biodiversity present on the site (musks, wasps, insects),
- noise caused by other customers,
- or any personal inconvenience (illness, family problem, etc.).
- For locations, the balance of the stay and the taxes are to be paid upon arrival. For Rentalsthe balance has to be paid one month before arrival. Taxes are paid on arrival.
- Any visitor to the day must be declared at the reception and pay the applicable rate. Management reserves the right to refuse entry. The tourist complex is a private property.

Cautions:
A deposit is requested upon arrival and returned at departure (unless impaired):- 200 € for accommodation equipment
- 80 € for the household/tobacco package

Cancellation:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 30% deposit is retained.
- Less than 30 days before arrival: 75% of the amount of stay is due (except on presentation of a medical certificate).
- Without written notice, accommodation becomes available 24 hours after the expected arrival date.

Animals:
Only domestic dogs and cats, kept on leash, are accepted on the pitches and in the rental premises, at a daily fee.
Vaccination books (obligatory anti-rabies) should be presented. Category 1 and 2 dogs are strictly prohibited.
Access to sanitary facilities (including nursery) and swimming pool is prohibited. Management reserves the right to refuse any dirty or smelly animal. - Fires, fireworks and firecrackers are strictly prohibited in the tourist complex.
- The tenant must be insured under civil liability. The campsite shall not be liable in the event of theft, fire, weather or incidents falling under the tenant's responsibility.
- The rules of procedure are displayed at the reception and in the camping area. Any person entering the enclosure is obliged to respect it. In the event of non-compliance, management reserves the right to expulsion without notice.

Right to image:
Photos or videos can be made during animations for communication purposes. Any opposition must be formulated in writing. -
